The China Onscreen Biennial (COB) is a curated, multi-city showcase of Chinese film and media arts for American audiences. The project aims to promote US-China cultural dialogue through the art of the moving image. Inaugurated in 2012 as an initiative of the UCLA Confucius Institute, the COB has grown into a collaborative endeavor of some of the most distinguished non-profit American film institutions on both coasts of the United States.
